ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STUDIES
We carry out environmental impact studies category I, II and III, based on the minimum requirements of an EsIA, as established in Executive Decree 123 of August 14, 2009, for approval by the Ministry of Environment, and with reference to the environmental laws and regulations in force in Panama.
CONTINGENCY PLANS
We develop tailored contingency plans for operations in industries or construction projects.
ENVIRONMENTAL AUDITS
We carry out environmental audits, both for the preparation of the Environmental Adequacy and Management Program (PAMA) and for internal management systems.
ENVIRONMENTAL DIAGNOSTICS
During project bidding processes, in some cases, environmental diagnoses of the possible impacts that projects may cause are requested. We have experience working with important design companies supporting them in this part of the preliminary projects.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY PLANS
We prepare the Occupational Health and Safety Plans for different projects, and follow up the evaluation and approval before the Ministry of Labor.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING
We have equipment to verify air quality, environmental noise and the presence of particulate material. Additionally, with our strategic partners, we coordinate all kind of environmental monitoring (water, air, soil, vibration, etc.)
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING OF PROJECTS
We have the capacity to carry out the monitoring, surveillance and environmental control of projects with approved environmental impact studies, whether category I, II or III, all in accordance with Resolution AG-0347-2013.
ADVICE ON IFC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND EQUATOR PRINCIPLES
In projects financed by institutions that are signatories to the Equator Principles or that are members of the International Finance Corporation, we can advise on compliance with these standards, in the preparation of different programs, in their implementation or in the compliance audits.
REFORESTATION PLANS AND FOREST INVENTORIES
We prepare forest inventories, reforestation plans and project compensation plans. All works in accordance with the requirements established by the Ministry of Environment.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLANS
We prepare environmental management plans for specific activities or projects, according to the requests that the project developers establish as part of their internal procedures.
ARCHAEOLOGICAL MONITORING AND CHARACTERIZATION
Our team of archaeologists can carry out surveys to determine the presence of objects of heritage value, monitor during the earth movement to control the presence of objects, and characterizations in cases where objects have been found and the Ministry of Culture so requests. All these works are carried out in accordance with the Ministry's requirements.
ECOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RISK PLANS
We carry out fast evaluations focused on specific activities to determine the risk that these generate on the environment.
WILDLIFE RESCUE
We are in charge of preparing wildlife rescue and relocation plans, in accordance with Resolution AG-0292-2008. We also execute the implementation of those plan.
TRAININGS
Our team is capable of preparing and implementing a training plan in different areas of engineering, environment, and occupational health and safety.
DEVELOPMENT OF PROTOCOLS AND PROCEDURES
We develop protocols and procedures for the activities of an industrial project or process, focused on both environmental compliance and occupational health and safety issues.
SOCIAL MANAGEMENT PLANS
Public works projects need social management plans for their correct execution, with works such as census preparation, attention to complaints, community communication, surveys, among others. Our company develops the plans and their implementation.
INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN
We can design the infrastructure of projects, earthworks, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, drinking water, pavements.
HYDROLOGICAL STUDIES
We carry out hydrological evaluations of water bodies in order to determine peak flow rates, safe land grade or environmental easements. For this we use the HEC-RAS software.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS
We can design, build and equip residential wastewater treatment plants by the activated sludge process with extended aeration, complying with the provisions of the COPANIT standards.
MAPPING WITH DRONES
We use Mavic-Pro drones for the mapping of the areas being analized; with different softwares, the image processing is done. With the mapping we can obtain orthophotos, contour lines, and digital elevation models, which can be used for both engineering and environmental projects.
